What should I bring to my session?

Two towels (one for the sauna and one for the ice bath), a water bottle to stay hydrated, and your best chill vibes. Arrive in your bathers, so you can dive straight in—literally. Forgot a towel? Don’t sweat it—we’ve got spares for a small hire fee.

Where do I park?

Drive to the end of the driveway, and park on the left-hand side near the sign. Just don’t block the entrance, or you’ll owe our 5-year-old an ice cream for making him detour on his scooter route.

Is it private?

Yes, KURE is all about you time. You’ll have the space to yourself during your session to sweat, plunge, and reset in peace. We've carefully designed the space with a 1.8m batten fencing and lockable gate, native screening plants, and a pulldown blind for added privacy if you choose. The space is in the front courtyard of our family home, so it's hidden from the 'passers by', however you may occasionally see one of the Fitz Family faces pop past. And if you're lucky, our little confident 5 year old may even introduce you to his beloved "Bunny" or Marley, our Mink Rag-doll cat who he is very fond of!

Is KURE for everyone?

KURE’s great for most people, but if you’ve got health conditions, check with your doctor first. And no, we can’t fix your life, but we can make it feel a hell of a lot better for an hour.
